The absolute WORST thing you can do to any of the DRAINS in your house, is to pour BOILING HOT 💧 🚰 WATER down them! Boiling water MELTS the glue holding your Plumbing together; (no matter WHAT its made of)!
●Melts PVC piping and Pipe Seals they can actually soften and melt, as well as melt the glue that adheres them all together.
● Boiling water can crack a Porcelain sink.
●Pouring boiling water down a Toilet can melt the Wax ring around the toilet, or ( again) CRACK the Porcelain that the Toilet is made of.
If you need to get rid of boiling water, (and can't wait for it to cool)😒 fill your sink with mostly COLD water and then pour it in!😊
Pro tip: Instead of harsh chemical sprays, use white distilled vinegar. It’s naturally antibacterial and isn’t toxic. Also, Barkeeper’s Friend is superior to Comet, Pink stuff, etc.

I might just be generally unbothered about stuff most people are grossed out by but like… you don’t need tissue for pet hair or even human hair. If you don’t wanna touch it, use gloves or smth. Should be using gloves when cleaning anyway (especially when using chemicals or anything that can bother the skin)

Use ketchup, coat well, and let it sit on the stained pans. You can also leave in dawn dish soap with the hottest water you can stand for two hours. Scrub rinse repeat. Then repeat for two hours. It should have no stain and be like new. I found that out by accident. But make sure it’s submerged all the way or you will get a ring.

It might be worth trying to get some help from a friend who’s good at cleaning and organizing for that 🥺 I’ve had really similar experiences and I could that it was overwhelming to do alone and if you’re a person who’s more motivated with others around, if you don’t have someone to hold you accountable it can be easy to not finish everything, or let it get dirty again quickly.
