I really don'tr get the mentality of this sort of thing. They steal someone else's work, get caught from doing so, and then beg you not to make copyright claims. It's just incredulous to me that someone could be so naive yet so bold.

I agree with this action I've always said if I ever become relevant and someone ever uses my content they are welcome to it as long as they edit the video into short bits or reacts to it that's all good but don't copy and paste the whole video
Content theft on TH-cam is more rife than you know. Kyle Hill did a great cover of it regards his field of expertise called "TH-cam’s Science Scam Crisis" which details people stealing content, using AI to narrate from transcript to avoid Content ID match and reposting it gaining millions of views (and assumingly dollars). I would be surprised given the popularity of your channel the same hasn't happened more than you know.

There are tens of thousands of channels like that. Run out of places like Russia, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc. It's a numbers game with these guys. They would appreciate you removing the strikes, but at the end of the day, they except some loss on their theft. lol

The wording is from India, Pakistan or Philippines . I've worked with a lot of freelancers from said countries. They all use the same style of expression.
Ive got some possible bad news about this issue.. a while ago I was looking into these channels that basically just rip other channels videos and it turns out its a far bigger issue than what you might think you see there are ways that these people are finding to create loads of channels all dedicated to ripping of even just one channels content.. i.e if one channel goes down another pops up quickly targeting the same channels over and over... Im pretty sure a few youtubers made videos about the issue. Lets hope this doesnt go that far with your channel as it definitley is a sad thing to keep happening. in the videos discussing the problem im sure somone mentioned something to do with russian and chinese bot sites causing the issue.

I know at least two people on TH-cam, on i subscribe to, and one i don't. The guy who i don't subscribe to, is always uploading videos, which clearly aren't his, and are in fact TV shows, and getting away with it, and has used other peoples videos, meged them together, and passed them off as his own. Some people just don't care if they upset others, and just want views on their channel.
Do not tarry! A daily countdown, including a re-reading of this thieving grub's pleas, should get you a few thousand more views at least. Finally, gloat like hell when the time expires.
Must be related to Ski Safari Squad. Taken a video from Unicamp channel, sped up the video and passed it off as his own. Gone from posting a few skiing videos to posting videos of Asian women camping. Very on brand to the name.
