I brought my 2 sons up mainly alone in a house with no central heating and falling apart. I had really bad post natal depression with my first son but I asked my health visitor for help, I got counselling and medication. Also, my second son is severely disabled, ask for help if u ever feel overwhelmed which is totally normal. Definitely speak up xx

I suffered from bad anxiety for many years until I became pregnant. It is because your focus changes from yourself to the little person growing inside of you and the magic of pregnancy. Once your little girl is born, you will not have time to think about how you are feeling it will be all about them. My anxiety got better as the years went on with my child and now he is 20 and anxiety is a rare thing, he is still the centre of my world.

When we had our 1st baby I feel my husband struggled more with the adjustment due to a difficult family dynamics growing up. He struggled with not being the centre of my world any more because I was so busy with keeping a small human alive. He didnt have anyone to model his parenting from because his own parents were chaotic.... Now we are having a 3rd we are much more confident and used to being a team. Know what needs to be done for the children needs to come 1st but if we help each other out it leaves us time for each other too. Good luck!

People need to understand your not at the same stage as you were when you first started TH-cam. Your older, your married, you have a baby on the way. Things change, which is part of life. This is very personal but my pregnancy was extremely hard I was in a domestic violent relationship with my daughters father who hit me in my early pregnancy and I got out of it and I'm doing so well now and me and my little girl are sage and happy but it's so lovely seeing both of you fills me with so much joy seeing you support each other and growing your gorgeous girl ❤️

It really upset me seeing your mental health struggles as I struggled previously but it's nice to see your doing so well as you say its part of the person you are .... I'm also pregnant and about to give birth having a child I think helps you become so much more greatful although it does make me more anxious 🤣 your looking so beautiful growing your little girl xx
