I will say, the part about the taco and Goliath, the taco is on the back of a truck (i.e. taco truck) and it gets eaten up by a big burger, which I took as some of the big burger companies (i.e. McDonald's, Burger King, etc.). I thought of it as saying the bigger food chains will eat up the taco trucks, or put them out of business, hence the chain restaurants being Goliath and them winning. That was what I got out of it.
