Little confused by this. Not sure what key to play. Do you keep changing keys or are those chord progressions? If those are chord progressions, then still don't t know what key. I just beginning to use backing tracks off TH-cam. Sorry for the stupid question.
Try A minor or C major. Both keys contain the same notes. So you could play A minor Pentatonic scale starting on the A on the sixth (fat) string (5th fret)
…….But if you are trying to play tha scale over the progressions that are in C major (look at the first chord) starting from the 8th fret (the C) it WON’T work unless you play a C major scale like Ionian for example or a C MAJOR pentatonic. So my advice is to stick with A minor pentatonic and then try to learn the other positions of this scale, so that you can move it along the fingerboard….
