You could use the GP from gielinor games to do a series similar to Solomissions. Anything fastest done from level 3 completely unrestricted. Instead of quest cape like Solomission, maybe the goal could be a maxed zerker or other pvp build, or maybe infernal cape or to complete every raid. The goal is the hard part to decide
With the 3b gp you should do a series with making a unique pure. With the new prayers coming soon i think a 20 defence with 95 prayer would be a good build to go for. You can even make it to where items can only be unlocked if pked. start from scratch on a new account.

I just got a really good idea. Same as how the dude dropped you bones and you spam clicked to pick them up you should try doing that as a skull trick to other people. Maybe go on a lower account and “donate” your bones? Meanwhile your main logs in right under while they’re spam clicking
Series idea. Pick a very expensive item, thinking 3rd age pickaxe territory. Then you give it to a new account and on a pvp world build an account to pk in the new BH. Risk, stress, seems like a good idea to me.
idea for the 3b video --> do a video where you start with only a dds and every time you pk someone, you can fill another armor slot. The catch is that you start with 10m in your inventory and every time you pk someone, you need to double the cashstack in your inventory
3b idea - start from full Bronze, go up in armour tiers until max set, and get at least 2-3 kills on each set. If you die, you start from the beginning.
I think with that 3billion GP you should team up with Green Dragon Bot (YT) to employ all the noobs of f2p OSRS! He's got a good series going on and probably could use a rich sugar daddy. Love the vids!

Spend the gp to max using some of the fastest methods known to man…. Earth warriors in 2.2k total world always has people risking bank including myself and it’s way too safe
Drop party in a high risk world, people can choose to wear nothing and other can kill them easy if they get an item or come prepared with gear and try to PK people who are picking up the loot or other PKers.
You could use the 3bill to hire a mid-lvl makeshift nooby army dressed in champion gear and have them all adress you as king and go take over the wildy
Next 99's: Start working on slayer, while doing birdhouses and tree runs. Farming will be first, then slayer, and you can wrap up hunter as the 3rd or save it, in favor of another community pick
Video idea - Start off with 1 bond bounty on yourself, (when you get a kill it increases by 1) if someone kill you then you reward them > if hit a killl threashold (your choice amount) you offer it to a 1v1 in steamers for continuation video starting at previous bounty you left at. With the 3b, buy a green stack of 28 items (feathers, arrows, etc) and throw them all in the party room chest.
