Think I'll give the Hot Choc machine a miss! - however have today installed two Vandermoon storage nets in my van so thanks for your earlier video - great recommendation. Good luck with the rest of the build
Bluetti looks good. We use a Hotel Chocolate Valvetiser in the van. This is the real win, if you pop some milk in the Velvetiser and a heaped spoonful of instant coffee - it makes a cracking milky coffee. That contraption might too. Lakeside? If it is it's my turf too! I'll keep an eye out for the big green machine!
Taking a hotel chocolate velvetier with us was great when we hired a camper van in March 2023. Nice and small plus easy to use on the eco flow river 2 pro we have.
Is it just me, or was Shaun just looking for (another) excuse to use his Bluetti 🤔🤣 Don't forget, nice hot choc = expensive hot choc + squirty cream + marshmallows + hot choc / mulled wine machine + Bluetti. That must be Feb's bargain. Like another contributor said, can't wait for March's 🤣. PS - don't worry about the gazillion decibels, we have subtitles 👍
I really enjoyed that video guys you really made me laugh. I'm definitely going to buy one of those quiet chocolate and mold winemakers. 🤣I might even buy a Bluett. Can't wait till the next gadget. Keep up with the work guys cheers 👌
a new born ,your companion,,a crafter ,,in 10 years time you will look back and say " that was the best time of my life",,,, and you would do anything to go back to that time,,,,now your living it,,,,happiness
I also have a similar question. Considering investing in a Berlingo or similar MPV style vehicle to create a micro camper for me and the boy. Wondering if something like this at ~£500 is a better buy in my scenario than leisure batteries. Would be away for max 1-2 nights and rig up some USB LED lights to the Bluetti too!
@@dnokhl I would say it is a suitable alternative , I have the larger ac180 which might be worth looking at as well especially if you have a small compressor fridge. You can connect to the 12v socket in the vehicle so it charges back up when you are driving.
The Bluetti makes a lot of sense, that is a nice size. And they are a great power box and battery maker. The hot chocolate maker is questionable. Those mugs were fun.
It would do far more than 600 days, you made 2 1/2 cups on 10% so 12 cups would use 48% you would only need to charge every other day so you would get 6000 days of 12 cups a day. Or over 16 years of 12 cups a day. 72000 cups of hot chocolate.
It’s a bit too new to fully know with the AC70 however, the other ones we have tested hold their charge really well. You just need to make sure you don’t leave the AC inverter on as that drains the battery
Sounds like that annoying person cutting a lawn at 0700 hours on a Sunday morning. Not entirely convinced this would be a buy I would be in for. Although hearing Shaun getting fomo when the first cup nearly took the full load made me laugh. And the burning smell is the hot chocolate machines innards melting, just before it combusts and burns down the entire van. New challenge arriving - A Burnt Bus and Beyond.
Very funny - of course, you could use the money you save on your new Bluetti AC70 to buy the hot chocolate/mulled wine machine and still have money left over. Win win.
You really need to change the thumbnail. It appear as though you are saying the bluetti is useless. “Testing the most useless camping gadget” whilst holding a Bluetooth is really misleading and could get you in bluetti’s bad book. Steve
I've been following you guys for quite a while, and this is by far your best episode. Hilarious. Bluetti should double your promotion fee!
We had a lot of fun filming this one 😂 thank you!!
I laughed far too much at you two in this. You need to start a series on “trying out random s*#t” 😂
Back to your best, It must have been quite a intense 12 months or so, but you really looked like you enjoyed making this vlog.
Well done you two!
😎
Haha thank you! Yeah it’s been an intense 4 years if we’re honest but we had so much fun filming this!
Can’t wait for Shaun’s “Tat buy of the month” in March 😂
What do you mean “tat”!?!? 🤔
@@ABusAndBeyond 😉
Well that all made me chuckle, cheers guys!
The Bluetti should really have displayed a message on the screen saying "I am sorry I am not powering that" Maybe a future software update ? :)
😂😂😂
😂😂😂 loving this ❤☕️🍫 looking forward to the “mold” wine demo using the Bluetti …

Oooh velvetiser is a good shout!

600 Days Of Hot Chocolate, the unsuccesful prequel to 50 Shades of Grey
🤣 that made me laugh out loud
That was fricking hilarious 😂

Absolutely hilarious, a brilliant video, thank you. Your van looks really cosy already. We’re thinking about getting a Bluetti for our Glawning.
Thanks so much! Go for it! Don’t forget the £30 off code!

Bluetti arrived yesterday 👏👍 will you do a full review on it please? Can it be used instead of the leisure batteries in the T6 ? Thanks

My favourite video from you guys, well done for entertaining us all. 😂😂😂
Haha thank you so much!
Hi you three,really comical 😂, I'm thinking of a Vw/MAN to convert,yours is the xlwb / L5 H3 if I'm right,is it 3.5 or 5t,
The Bluetti makes a lot of sense, that is a nice size. And they are a great power box and battery maker. The hot chocolate maker is questionable.
Those mugs were fun.
There’s no question from me, it’s definitely useless 😂😂😂. Thanks so much for watching!

😱 this is definitely a viable business model!!!
I love how whisper quiet it is. You'd hardly know it was on.
Even babies can sleep through it!!
Quite possibly the best video you have ever made.
I love comments like this. This is us just being us 😂. Thank you so much!
The comments on here are hilarious! Now chuck it in the bin, Shaun! 🤣🤣🤣
Does the Bluetti hold its charge when not used for months ?....Loved the video, plenty of laughs 🙂

So funny you dont get the Froth unless you are the last cup lol.i use a Yeti 1500 for my portable power.
The word Froth has started to sound really weird….😂

Oh god….better get a fire extinguisher! 🧯
Very funny - of course, you could use the money you save on your new Bluetti AC70 to buy the hot chocolate/mulled wine machine and still have money left over. Win win.
Of course!!! Excellent shout!
Did you get a free pair of ear defenders with that hot chocolate maker??
I assume that’s why it was on special offer, so you could buy a set of ear defenders with the money you’ve saved?? 😂
Looks like hot butterscotch Angel delight 🤔 About as useful as the candy floss maker me thinks🤦🏻♂ What is the clever camera?
Mmmmmm angel delight! 😋
It’s the new DJI Osmo Pocket 3! Absolute game changer for filming!
Wasn’t Osmo in Sesame Street?
That was very amusing 😂😂
Brilliant
Lol😂
Does it have a whisper mode? 😂
Like the chocolate or the quiet speaking?? 😂
Haha. Would be good if you could melt wispas into milk. What a racket though. It’s like a hotel chocolate velvetiser, but rubbish 😂
😂😂

That's the point ...
