    The story of David and Uriah in 2 Samuel 11-12 comes to mind. This story covers both war and malicious murder. The issue was not war, but David’s scheming and murder of Uriah for his own gain.

    We walk by faith not feeling. Satan can use that feeling. Look to Jesus. Praise Him in word and song. You are enough in Jesus. He is the author and finisher of your faith. God please bring reassurance that Y ou will do as you promised. In Jesus name amen

    "And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs" (Mark 11:13, NKJV). In Mark's gospel, it says that it was not in season for figs. You commented on Matthew's gospel but did not address the detail that Mark included in his gospel.

      "It was not the season for ripe figs, except in certain localities; and on the highlands about Jerusalem it might truly be said, “The time of figs was not yet.” But in the orchard to which Jesus came, one tree appeared to be in advance of all the others. It was already covered with leaves. It is the nature of the fig tree that before the leaves open, the growing fruit appears. Therefore this tree in full leaf gave promise of well-developed fruit. But its appearance was deceptive. Upon searching its branches, from the lowest bough to the topmost twig, Jesus found “nothing but leaves.” It was a mass of pretentious foliage, nothing more." Isn’t it true that if Jesus hadn’t said “Lazarus by name” that all the dead would’ve come forth?
    Jesus is the resurrection in the life. Alleluia A’men 😊

    As to Satan in Heaven, NO! Revelation 12:7-13. Verse 8 is very specific and says about the devil and his angels that, “neither was their place found any more in heaven.” They were cast out and they haven’t been there since.

    I believe fig tree fruit production happens before the leaf canopy is fully developed.

    Christ was God and he wasn't Jesus until he was born into humanity. This transference gets sticky when you use Jesus in his humanity before he was born back. And forward from there yes He is Jesus the Christ

    The same story of the fig tree is in Mark, and it said it was not fig season.

    Jesus said come to me I will give you rest. Not just on a certain day, every day. God's sabbath is very day. The Bible doesn't tell us to go to a building and practice sabbath on one day. We are in His rest and should praise Him everyday. Our sabbath with God is spiritual not physical.

      You are incorrect. The bible says to remember the 7th day TO KEEP IT HOLY. At the end of the 6th day of creation God blessesand makes holy the 7th. Sabbath on the 7th day is saturday not sunday. In the 4th commandment we are to WORK 6 days and rest the 7th. No one can keep every day as a sabbath or you would not do any type of work and accomplish nothing ever. The sabbath was set aside in rememberance of Gods creation and that he is our creator and God. The bible says the sabbath is a sighn between God and his people. Not every day is sabbath , the bible is clear on this.

      @normahepburn1643 nope you are wrong that was the covenant he had with the jews.

      @@stevenruark2930- the Sabbath was instituted BEFORE there was a Jew. Genesis clearly shows this. You are incorrect on this subject matter.

    • @stevenruark2930
      @stevenruark2930 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @SoupBone-bp1qk after God rested when does the bible say He went back to work? Where in the Old Testament does it speak of a day of rest before the Old Covenant. We are not bound by the Old Covenant. The New Covenant is spiritual and Jesus said come to me and I will give you rest. The Old Covenant wasn't spiritual it was symbolic. Jesus gives us rest every day.

    • @DP-go8xt
      @DP-go8xt 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@stevenruark2930When you say the New Covenant is spiritual why does it only ever apply to the 4th commandment in your mind? Jesus said we are not to be angry with a brother/sister nor lust after someone. Does it mean we can commit murder and physical adultery as long as we keep the law spiritually? Your "spiritual" argument holds no water when you single out one commandment of the 10. Read the book of Acts and you'll find that Paul and the Gentile converts kept the Sabbath. Hebrews 9:15 says the new testament began at the death of Jesus. Yet we see the disciples "rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment" immediately afterwards. Luke 23:56.

    Quite disappointed to see that you justified going to war as Christians. As difficult as this might be even in time of war, we are called to save life not to lose them.

      God ordered his people to war against the pagan nations and to kill everything, livestock included. John is not promoting war and you must have missed that in the video. No need for feeling disappointed just relisten to the video.
