Speed Control Trolley - Early Prototype

Wally, Cece and I got a basic version working. A couple things worth noting:
a) This car has a very high gear reduction. The gear reducer drastically reduces the speed and increases torque. Hence, when the motor starts, the car reaches max speed very quickly. When the motor stops, the car stops very quickly.
b) This was a simple on-off control scheme (Wally and Cece don't know about linear relations yet). It works, because it accelerates and decelerates very quickly. Your car won't respond as quickly
