my xp600 print head new only printed 3 months now its not printing anymore ,head is not clogged in any way ,when doing an flush it doesn't spurt ink out of head and not making the ticking sound while spurting. head is not damaged in any way what went wrong on head so that i can fix it.

I have xp600 head and my color head is not properly working.On the test ı have one blue,one black,one yellow,and two red but ı must have two blue on test for machine to work properly.Although ı had changed the headcard,head and ınk cables the problem is still lasting.Can you help me?

need check head cables, small transfer card amd head board, we can ask your supplier for help, there is warranty for the board system

switch the blue and red damper, and check new nozzle test.
