I have big issues with the ee ups core it’s getting my mosfet fire hot at 100watt I even use 1200watt mosfet push pull board I adjusted the frequency to get the right voltage and at no load the mosfet don’t get hot but a 100 watt the transformer get really warm next to hot and mosfet on fire can the core be the issue

Yes. I mean we reuse high volt cap. Nomally, 200V 330uF.

Most low power PSUs use flyback topology which their transformers have a small air gap, and are not suitable for this topology

This is haftbridge bro. It's stronger than flyback topology
