Sir I was extremely caring of my religion in even the smallest of details, I used to wake up at 3:50am to pray and cry at night, used to follow every sunnah and Quranic teachings I could find, but when I thought of myself of being too good at a point, that’s where I started drowning in sins with having a takabbur of being still better than my others and my past, it happened slowly but then I realized I haven’t prayed Jummah for weeks, im not staying clean, im not even excited to pray anymore, I don’t feel the same peace in my prayers….I asked for forgiveness alot and lot but nothing would change bcs I was irregular with my prayers and didn’t bother to control my nafs or make true tawbah, but then I saw a 40sec vid on Insta that changed my whole perception, it said “Salah is the last thing you leave” and mentioned the famous Hadith of Prophet about difference between a kafir and a muslim. Then I started praying regularly along with making true tawbah and controlling my nafs again n again n agan, im still on it Alhmdulilah, even if I fall I stand back and make tawbah again, may Allah help a brother/sister from my story, don’t ever take ur religion too easy and think you’re too righteous to fall in haram again. Iblis tries different ways on everyone, but as Muhammad Ali said in one of his lectures, try and make so much tawhah, get up so many times that eventually even iblis gets tired trying to misguide you. May Allah guide us ❤

🔵Nasfs is an energy 🔵Nafs is only one , that is روح 🔵as we improve ourselves if we reach to the stage of nafs e mutmainna. 🔵If we are doing evil things it means we are at the stage of nafs e ammara. 🔵If our inside voice forbid us to do sin ,it means we have reached at the stage of nafs e lawwama.
This kind of teachings should become part of the school curriculum for all students because this is the key 🔑 to peaceful human existence with the creator of the heavens & earth, who made us for a purpose. This kind of teaching is the 🔑 to a peaceful, productive & happy life.

درحقیقت رات کا اٹھنا نفس پر قابو پانے کے لیے بہت کارگر اور قرآن ٹھیک پڑھنے کے لیے زیادہ موزوں ہے۔ (المزمل -6) اس کا ایک مطلب یہ ہے کہ رات کو عبادت کے لیے اٹھنا اور دیر تک کھڑے رہنا چونکہ طبیعت کے خلاف ہے اور نفس اس وقت آرام کا مطالبہ کرتا ہے ، اس لیے یہ فعل ایک ایسا مجاہدہ ہے جو نفس کو دبانے اور اس پر قابو پانے کی بڑی زبردست تاثیر رکھتا ہے ۔ اس طریقے سے جو شخص اپنے آپ پر قابو پا لے اور اپنے جسم و ذہن پر تسلط حاصل کر کے اپنی اس طاقت کو خدا کی راہ میں استعمال کرنے پر قادر ہو جائے وہ زیادہ مضبوطی کے ساتھ دین حق کی دعوت کو دنیا میں غالب کرنے کے لیے کام کر سکتا ہے ۔ دوسرا مطلب یہ ہے کہ یہ دل اور زبان کے درمیان موافقت پیدا کرنے کا بڑا مؤثر ذریعہ ہے ، کیونکہ رات کے ان اوقات میں بندے اور خدا کے درمیان کوئی دوسرا حائل نہیں ہوتا اور اس حالت میں آدمی جو کچھ زبان سے کہتا ہے وہ اس کے دل کی آواز ہوتی ہے ۔ تیسرا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آدمی کے ظاہر و باطن میں مطابقت پیدا کرنے کا بڑا کارگر ذریعہ ہے ، کیونکہ رات کی تنہائی میں جو شخص اپنا آرام چھوڑ کر عبادت کے لیے اٹھے گا وہ لامحالہ اخلاص ہی کی بنا پر ایسا کرے گا اس میں ریاکاری کا سرے سے کوئی موقع ہی نہیں ہے ۔ چوتھا مطلب یہ ہے کہ یہ عبادت چونکہ دن کی عبادت کی بہ نسبت آدمی پر زیادہ گراں ہوتی ہے اس لیے اس کا التزام کرنے سے آدمی میں بڑی ثابت قدمی پیدا ہوتی ہے ، وہ خدا کی راہ میں زیادہ مضبوطی کے ساتھ چل سکتا ہے اور اس راہ کی مشکلات کو زیادہ استقامت کے ساتھ برداشت کر سکتا ہے ۔

Holy Quran 4.6---And Test the ORPHANS [in their abilities] until they reach Marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them sound judgement, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, [anticipating] that they will grow up. And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should refrain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant.
I had changed my lifestyle according to Islam.. But unfortunately due to some bad life experiences, I got into depression to the extent that I couldn't even pray. Now I am trying to revive my iman. This video is really helpful.

Holy Quran 4.6---And Test the ORPHANS [in their abilities] until they reach Marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them sound judgement, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, [anticipating] that they will grow up. And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should refrain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant.
