Actually,mimiku had a ability to give very harmful diseases to any human and 2 people were dead because mimiku could't control it's his ability but after that he understood how to control it but still no one loved him because of his appreance , and pickchu was very famous and was loved by everyone so mimiku got a kinda jealous and started dressing like pickchu but still no one loved him so whenever he saw pickchu he attacked him and his backstory is very sad
