Historical fact:-This jain temple was built under patronage of Rana kumbha, who was a Hindu King... That's how peacefully these two religions co-exist.
There's not much difference between Jainism and Hinduism but yes it is considered diffeent from Hinduism , but part of Sanatan Dharm.
Traditional or conservative hindus also don't consume Onion or garlic like my grand parents

As satvik bhojan helps to satvik vichar (thoughts ) and thereby words and actions
And dharm is all about sayaam or self control over one's own indriyas or senses and winning over inner enemies like lust,greed , arrogance,anger etc
So those aiming for higher consciousness and subsequently liberation do follow strict code of conduct
But no-one is forced . So there is no concept of conversion in Jainism

If you recall , anbrarbhai had shown three mosques in Ahmedabad just copy like this temple with so many pillars.Because those mosques were built over breaking the top of temples.
Its pronounced as Ranakpur Jain Temple and not Ranipur. Its construction started in 14th century and continued till 15th century so its 500 to 600 years old. Its one of the revered temple for Jains.
Jainism is an independent religion. It's close to Hinduism but not directly part of it. Govt of India has kept Jainism in the minority category, but Jain people don't like to call themselves minorities.🙏

The Ranakhpur Jain Temple was constructed in 1439 AD, that is around 600 years ago. It's not rennovated. It was constructed at that time only. Rennovation is only for maintenance.
Just Google....Imam....for the Jain temple.....you will be surprised how well maintained our history is.

Paneer milk se banaya jata hai aur tofu soya bean se. Usually tofu diet conscious aur vegan log use karte hain. It is hard in texture. On the other hand paneer is more soft & tasty.
Ranakpur Temple was constructed in the 13th century and reconstructed in the 15th century after it was destroyed.

To put it simply? Jainism and Hinduism are 99.9% the same religion but certain philosphical differences are there, such as? Jains are more strict about Dharmic/Satvik Codes compared to many Hindu sects. Rishabhdev, the first tirthankar and founder of Jainism was born in Suryavansha, Ishvaku dynasty...Just like Lord Rama (same family) but he became an ascetic, similarly - the 23rd tirthankar Bhagwan Neminath ji was Cousin of Lord Krishna. Everything is interconnected. You can almost say Hinduism and Jainism are are two version of same religion.
