Just outstanding. Craigmont has a nice sound to be small with the numbers they have. I am impressed by both. Hats off to the band leaders and their students. Just plain awesome
Don't know how to determine a winner of this bout. Two totally different styles of band. Both bands are extremely balanced. Song choices are pretty good. Craigmont played with serious aggression. Erhet was playing for pure execution. C execution was nice. If you ask me, both bands put on a show.
Someone in the trumpet section is often trying to use vibrato and it doesn't sound good someoneneeds to Let him know Hes messing with the bands intonation and tuning (craigmont)
That first song gave me a bad first impression of their band's sound quality. The energy was there tho. The rest of their songs were better. I will never forget the 1st and lasting impression. :(
Kasey Carter wasn’t no automatic L. I’m real sounded jacked up right out the gate. They over blowing and the other band don’t even have the same volume.

The bandhead in me enjoys the rough stuff......but the musician in me loves the marches and the musicianship, great job to both schools.
