Hi Lauryn, One thing that is interesting that I will comment is something I always wondered about. That is that you are getting different choices on your menu than I get to choose from. So they maybe have different selections for different areas of the country. I can tell you that I got the Butter chicken last week. I thought it was so so good. I almost didn't because I thought it is just curry and you can get that other places, like Trader Joe's has them and Indian brands sell them frozen in the supermarkets. But Factor's was better than any I have ever had. And it was one of my top favorites. It is so rich but not with too much cream like the other ones always have. It is with lots of cauli rice so it is filling, I thought. One thing I'll tell you about the Creamy parmesan chicken. This is one they have on almost every menu and I think it is one of their oldest. They have other versions of cream sauces and Alfredo sauces, but this older one is the only one that has almond flour thickening the sauce. (I really study the ingredients! lol!) When you eat it, you can taste the almond flour if you try to look for it. Now they only use almond flour in the ones that have toppings that are supposed to be like crumb topping, like the Parmesan crusted chicken and the Big dill chicken. So I thought that was kind of interesting that it is used in the sauce in this one dish. Is this really your last box? I'm taking a break too and maybe come back later.
