just passed it today and it was no joke! i completed event 1 in 1:50 and event 2 in 30 secs I did better than I thought I would. it really is all about the mental and believing in yourself
For all those doubting yourself I’m 22 years old 310 Ibs 6ft passed part 1 2:15 part 2 28 seconds don’t rush I could of took my time but I didn’t and was overly tired I don’t excercise and I’m lazy

Did this this morning , 29th. And omg I couldn’t breathe 😂 in total, 4 seconds to spare. Anxiety almost kicked my butt 😂 but I passed. Definitely was not easy. I underestimated that machine😂

Work on your cardio. The only way to train your breathing is to train your lungs. The more cardio you do the more you can breath. Smoking can also affect how well you can breathe during cardio events. Start going for runs!

Failed event 2 by over counting on the steps but they gave a second chance before I was dismissed and passed it at 36 seconds

Other than the Bridge and Tunnel officer exam, the NYPD SSA test was the easiest Civil exam I've ever taken. Got a 96 without even studying
