@Luminavi I will have to slightly disagree with your comment. KARA's fans in Japan are mainly consisted of Japanese females, not otakus. KARA can not only pull off a dolly image but also cool & hip and sexy image as well. And also add in the fact that they have really catchy and awesome songs. Because Japanese female idol groups lack this, they are absolutely despised by female audiences and are only adored by old low-life men. That is why Korean idol groups are so embraced by Japanese females.
i guess ss501's JUNGMIN's Japanese lessons to gyuri paid off! X) hehe and they hav d same personality.. the other calls himself sexy charisma and the other one calls herself a godess! X) hehe KARA hwaiting!♥♥♥

@DelinArt yes they have good management i agree. And their cute image goes well with what the japanese are familiar with, unlike SNSD who opts to go for a more classier image. But interms of album sales SNSD's sales are a bit higher (not that much of a difference anyway)

Honestly, out of the K-girlgroups, I don't think KARA can sing very well.... However, they definitely have the BEST songs out of the pack. Wish them luck!

顔の感じは全員変わってないんだけど、
やっぱりみんなスタイルに関しては
かなり太ってた、
スンヨンでさえ少しだけ今よりふっくら
日本語力も、ここから１３年、
スンヨンとジヨンは「日本人レベル」どころか
日本人にもなったんじゃないかという日本語レベルに。
ハラちゃんも亡くなったが
実は上の二人にも引けを取らないくらい
日本語ペラペラの状態だった。
ギュリ姉もこの頃から既にそれなりに話せてるが、
この頃はスンヨンの上手さの影に潜んでいた。
リーダーではあったけど。
でも再結成してちょっとしばらく韓国にいたから多少忘れてたけど、再結成後はまた思い出したのか（学び直したのか）この頃よりもペラペラになった。
１３年前、来日当初は
ニコルが一番日本語苦戦してた。
動画見ての通り。
だけど、今はニコルも個人のユーチューブをやっていてそれは自分で辞書などで翻訳したりして日本語字幕を日本の観てくれるファンのために付けてるまでに成長したし、話す方も日本人レベルになりつつある。
