- During the last weekend of this January, myself and a bunch of friends from the Metal portion of the TH-cam VC attended Dead of Winter Fest 2024. A great time was had by all watching the latest and greatest of the UK Underground Death Metal scene!
In this video, I briefly discuss the event and the bands who performed at it, as well as offering my thoughts and showing off the STACKS of merch I bought while I was there.

Thanks, dude! I can't take too much credit for the re-brand as the mascot was made using AI. I just had to find suitable backgrounds and fonts, then add them all together. Fun little project, though!
Yeah, it was an absolutely amazing weekend with truly brilliant people. Great bands too, so I had to make sure I had plenty of pennies with me to show my support! 😜

I think I ran out of superlatives quite quickly during my 'review', but I wanted to do a quick rundown! 😂 Yeah, that's the way I look at it; I do my bit to support some FANTASTIC bands, and get some brilliant music and snazzy merch in return. No brainer of a deal for me, though I may have upset the bank manager a tad! 🤣

Haha yeah, I made sure I had a few pennies to splash about, that's for sure. Feels good being able to do my bit for underground music and I got some great music and gear in return. Win-win! It was a truly special weekend, and it looks like it'll be happening again next year. Once the announcement comes there'll be plenty of time for you to book your plane ticket! 😜
