I agree!! More are needed. Love these..quite thorough, and useful for people travelling in those areas. Days Inns tend to be functional and clean (albeit older sometimes). This one is probably from the mid to late 1980s.

The date this was published that was the day I graduated high school :) But yeah I again would be in the bed nearest the window if I had a room with two beds. and this room is also a really nice one
When i stayed at the days inn at Detroit, MI i had 2 rooms, one of them had an old fashion phone

days inn are always nice hotels.
The hotel/motel combo is interesting. There was/is also a pool and breakfast area. Hotel/motel looked like it was in good shape at the time but its since gotten bad reviews :( Loved hearing the Robins singing in the background.

Looks like a very nice place! Very interesting setup indeed; it's like a hotel/motel combination. I was also amused at the start of the video; the American Robins sure love to sing their birdy song really early in the morning!

@@PeriDeggs I think I stayed at a place like that many years ago, I can't even remember where it was, but it was during an overnight stay with family on our way to or from Florida

maybe they changed partway through. it has two beds. though aged it looks very nice. nice to have it that close to the days inn. yes i did flush the commode on my hotel tours. slightly noisy, I'd keep that commode. it keeps the curtain away from you. i wish i could stay there.
how do you get your videos 1080p? All the other tests ive watched are only 360p
Days Inn in Farmville Va. Is very nice..Much nicer than Super 8. Rooms were very clean,appliances functional,hotel was quiet, Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was generous. If you can't afford the Hampton, I highly recommend Days Inn!
Agreed! Days Inns, I have a special fondness of them above all the others, as they were the overnight stopover places to some of my favorite vacations. Always had good experiences with them too. The only really bad overnight stays I've had was a toilet that kept flushing at a Masters Inn in Statesville, SC. It was just . . . Odd.

I stayed at a hotel called the Royalty Inn near Mount Washington in New Hampshire in July which has the same corridor layout in two of the five buildings. There are two buildings with exterior corridors on both floors, and the fifth building has some rooms all in an interior corridor on the second floor above something that isn't part of the hotel.
i do not normally stay at the days inn. more like a Marriott,starwood or a Hampton inn. i am still waiting for another hotel tour by diesilducy. I have started doing hotel tours and elevator videos.
