Nicest guy on the planet and I knew Kamaru was great then but when we saw him win that night, I looked over at my friend and said "I don't know who beats him right now. Woodley is in a lot of trouble." Loved this season, introduced me to one of my favorites!
I think Kamaru did not excel in the reality tv show element of TUF, seems like he was more at ease in the cage than training and co-existing with the competitors. And I don't really blame him, going through a TUF season would be crazy on the social side aside from the fighting. Even your coaches are going at each others throats lmao.
