Hi thanks this video has helped me understand my current situation a bit better, had back issues for some time and had an X-ray after an episode 4 years ago which said lumbosacral anomaly partial sacralisation bilaterally but told wouldn’t cause me any issues. But then start of 2022 major episode which took me nearly 4 months to get over, had an mri which said s1 of sacrum is lumberised with s1/2 disc. Then 2 weeks ago it happened again ! I just don’t know what to do
many thanks for your video and explanation, I've read quite alot from paient with Sacralization who did the resecting op, that after resecting the joint, it will regrowing. is it true?
The obvious answer would be osteoporosis. Osteosclerosis (much more rare) would also increase the risk for any type of vertebral fracture. I don't have specific videos on these though.
Can sacrilisation of l5 only be congenital? Can a fracture of TranProcess somehow fuse to the sacrum if delayed diagnosis after injury? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Thanks for the lecture.
Very good work. Thank you. Any video/ idea for vertebral fractures (pars interarticularis etc) related with bone disease for instance?
