Thnx for the overview. I'm contemplating this model. Seems like a good value, I'm just not sure this is the one yet.

What did you decide? I have this one and the mora survival, carbon. Its a beautiful knife, but it's absolutely the sharpest knife I've ever owned, and the edge holds and goes back quickly on the rare occasions it needs a touch up.
I USE my knives, and this thing holds up like nothing I've ever seen I'm the price range. It's beautiful and savage at the same time.

@@beentheredonethat5908 I have a couple of different fixed blades for various outdoor and work tasks. I prefer full tang knives, although I still may get a Martiniini in the future, they're not at the top of the list for me right now.

I think people obsess about the tang length too much. As long as the handle is securely attached to the blade that's all that matters.
If you want to split wood by batoning, bring a hatchet instead.

I have several knives by them. Not the highest grade steels, but try to compare them to other knives in the same price range like the mora's like he does. They are super pretty, have nice sheats and they are cheap.

The tang goes to the end, but just not all the way trough
