i feel like looking clean is mainly about your skin. having clear glowing skin is really a game changer along with neat healthy hair and groomed brows. clean fingernails are important too

I always get that compliment as well. It’s a combination of your skincare and haircare. Your hair type and style, which are both similar to mine, give off the “clean” vibe in addition to actually being clean.
What it really is… clear even moisturised skin, groomed brows & neat hair/ no flyaways. That’s basically it, you don’t need to buy any of that.
Things you need to look/smell clean:
-Shower
-Double shampoo your SCALP not just hair
-Use bath scrubbers for cleaning body ur body properly
-Body soap (scented)
-Body moisturizer
-Soak ur body properly after showering
-Perfume (fresh scents)
-brush teeth daily
-Shave underarms & keep then clean
-Don't cling with stinky & mvsty buddies.
-Be hydrated
-Trim your nails
-Change clothes every day
-Use fabric softners & scented cleaners for cloth.
It’s a shame that this comment is NEEDED for adults… I’m a flight attendant so I’m in close quarters with the general public all the time and sooooooo many people have terrible hygiene, very bad body odor, foul mouth odor… especially on red eye flights.
Keep the inside of your car clean too. Also, change your bedsheets weekly.

Although long nails for me are the opposite of clean. I mean how much dirt can you get there...
you're supposed to wash under your nails every time you wash your hands
I personally keep a nail brush with me in a ziplock bag in my purse and also one by my sink for when I wash my hands. I also keep the breakable alcohol infused q tips for when there is no sink. Long nails can be dirty but they definitely don’t have to be.
You should try soap and cleaning under your nails

That’s what I was thinking. Im down here in Florida dying and she’s like “ew, 85 degrees.” We’re excited it’s getting cooler in the 80s and 70s this week but also starting to pull out sweaters and flannels. 😭

it begins with the inside trust me. acne most of the time has to do with internal health. try healing your gut, cutting out certain foods, eating certain food until you find out whats causing acne
@@mynameisibukun yea that might be true for some but I eat healthy tbh.. the foods I eat are always healthy D: idk if it might be something else because I know people who eat unhealthy foods and fried stuff, soda, sweets but they have good skin… meanwhile I eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water.. and still got bad skin.. it sucks because I tried many skin products and had routines.. with struggle during the worst acne🧎and then I get told oh you need to wash your face more or take care of your skin ( I done that and my skin gets irritated easily and red burning ) it gets tiring when I try everything and get no results.. and then get told things as if I don’t do anything to take care of myself. Sorry if I ranted 😭
i hear you tbh but don’t compare your skin and diet to others because the negative effects of their diet will be showing up somewhere else. In regards to your diet, try intermittent fasting or go on a prolonged 3 day water/dry fast. just fast. If not go on a gut healing diet. Healthy food is great but our body can still react poorly to healthy food cus it doesn’t like or cand digest it. Some people cut out meat or chicken or cow milk. Just eliminate until results show
@@lunaski7880 it isn't always just eating healthier. You're body could be reacting to a specific food, whether it's healthy or not. I would recommend researching this more and looking up foods that causes your acne✨
