He’s dealt with never-ending fame since he was only 10 years old, he’s dealt with an abusive father who controlled most of his childhood, his reputation was crumbling when he was labled a “drug addict” 10 yeats ago. Despite all these occurnces including a heart-breaking divorce at just 22, Mac has fought with so much adversity and to see how much he has accomplished in just the last 5 years is remarkable. Congratulations on your achievements and your “Walk of Fame” plaque! You are an inspiration Macaulay!
He is likely the best child actor of this era. Home Alone, My Girl, Richie Rich, Pagemaster were all movies I remember and he's done more but his acting was always a high bar for a kid.
I'm happy for Macaulay to finally get that star, and for his movie mom Catherine O'Hara to be there to support him in doing so. His wife Brenda is amazing too
