I would say the upside of Buford is being so far from Atlanta haha
That close to Lake Lanier would make me want to get a boat!
Investors bought into east Cobb few months ago and flipping - trying to flip - 70% profit. Some are stuck on market for being ridiculously overpriced. I've been watching since December.
Yes! Many investor purchased homes are “stuck” on the market because they’re asking way too much! This is the danger of treating real estate as an investment tool when it’s designed to provide economic stability for home owners.
Where would you recommend to buy/live for a single, senior female? Thank you.
@@joa8131 East Cobb is where I'm looking. But West Cobb too is suppose to be nice.
I noticed the hike since I restarted my search. Now we're looking at Buford.
What about lagrange ga
Buford is an unkept unmaintained area! Wish I knew! So many dirty areas! What are the city councils doing? No wonder properties don’t rise in values like surrounding areas!
If I move the there I intend to be heavily involved. Imagine being apart of rebranding/rebuilding a city ...... Gets me excited.
Lack of diversity is NOT a problem. I don’t hear anyone complaining about the lack of diversity in Atlanta!! We only mention it if whites are in any majority!!!
What's the diversity there?? Actually interested since you mentioned it cause I didn't really consider things that
@@MatterOfFact1930 it’s called sarcasm. When an area is majority black or all black, there is no talk about said areas needing diversification. Racism is wrong no matter where it comes from. It’s not ok for one group but acceptable by another is BS
@@SpareRoomFilm so true! But a lot of the times it just has to do with proximity to major cities you’ll find more diversity in areas closer to cities GA is a majority white state which is no problem at all just saying there will definitely be areas where one majority out weighs the other and that’s okay 👌🏽
