Nice enough truck... however a couple of things. In 72 only the rear view mirror was attached to windshield. This truck has the rear view attached to top of cab as an earlier model. Most likely the cab has been changed. Missing the piece of chrome on tailgate running from side to side at tailgate handle. Most likely changed the tailgate and didn't bother to replace. Also woodgrain missing around gauge cluster and glovebox door. While these may be considered small things the price is not

Restore it to factory ride height and get rid of those godawful rims and tires and then you would be talking………!!!!!!
Why? They look nice on that truck their not excessively large.
72 c-10's came with the Rear view mirrow mounted on the windshield, maybe some just mounted it on the cab, or is it a 71 c-10?
72 Cheyenne trucks came with woodgrain body side moulding at the bottom.
