In the past 6 years, PostNL has built a landscape of over 70 serverless applications. They chose AWS serverless because it is a perfect match for their logistics processes, it is cost-effective, it allows them to focus on their business challenges, and it significantly reduces their operational overhead. But every decision in IT is a trade-off, and embracing serverless is no different.
