Hi guys. There is much that you have to say that is correct, but there is one point on which you are factually incorrect, regarding the Clinton email issue. The criminal offense for which she could be charged does NOT require intent for a conviction. It is one of the few federal criminal offenses that does not. The standard for a conviction is that she acted "recklessly" in placing classified material in a non-secure place. In addition, there is a separate offense that simply requires a showing that she removed classified material and put it in an non-secured spot. This has already been established that she had her IT guy do that. I just thought you should know that intent is not an element of these offenses. I'm not saying that I think this is a lock, but I do think there are reasonable grounds for an indictment potentially.
Regardless of what the FBI does, Trump will use this and never let up. He knows that he doesn't have to say out and out that she did it, he just needs to put some doubts in people's minds.

Just a piece of information, just so you have everything: Some Soldiers end up handling classify information. Every Soldier has a government e-mail account. Every Soldier has to read and sign a document that explains the handling of information and the consequences on violating that accord. Now, in order to avoid any situation Soldiers handle information received through the government e-mail by only reply with the same account and if resending, only resending to other Soldiers to their government account. Soldiers only use "Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail", etc to e-mail family members, friends, conduct daily purchases, etc. Now, if a Soldier would've sent any classified information through any server other than the government account, that Soldier would've been court-martialed. There's no need to prove intent but the act. Not knowing that something is illegal is not an excuse nor proves innocence. If she sent ONE classified e-mail, she's guilty as charge, no matter the intent or the knowledge behind it.

Information is classified, not the document in which its conveyed. Her staff stripped off the classification headers and copied/pasted the classified information into email messages. That is illegal on its face. There are hundreds of instances of classified information, dozens of instances of secret information, a few instances of top secret information and at least ONE "above top secret". Whoever told her staff to strip off the classification headers? Whoever did that should rot in a prison cell for a couple of decades.
Multiple indictments are nearly assured - the only question is the timeframe. The FBI does not mount an investigation of this magnitude, and then just say "whoops, what were we thinking!?" ...also, there's a big difference between a GOP Congressional investigation, and an FBI investigation. These are completely different things.
In light of the present status of the FBI investigation, guilty or not, the best thing Clinton could do for her party and country is to step aside and the sooner the better. Just a piece of information, just so you have everything: Some Soldiers end up handling classify information. Every Soldier has a government e-mail account. Every Soldier has to read and sign a document that explains the handling of information and the consequences on violating that accord. Now, in order to avoid any situation Soldiers handle information received through the government e-mail by only reply with the same account and if resending, only resending to other Soldiers to their government account. Soldiers only use "Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail", etc to e-mail family members, friends, conduct daily purchases, etc.
Now, if a Soldier would've sent any classified information through any server other than the government account, that Soldier would've been court-martialed. There's no need to prove intent but the act. Not knowing that something is illegal is not an excuse nor proves innocence. If she sent ONE classified e-mail, she's guilty as charge, no matter the intent or the knowledge behind it.

What's peculiar is that the mother was in the house with a couple of friends, there were kids of those friends yet he was killed between 12 mn and 4 am. All of the sudden a person was mistakenly released from prison, his personal belongings were found in the crime scene, and so it happens that the mother's friend know this man from youth. Oh, did I mentioned the man is a schizophrenic? Anyway, the defense proved that this man had nothing to do with the murder of the boy, and that he was just a pawn to be framed.

Information is classified, not the document in which its conveyed. Her staff stripped off the classification headers and copied/pasted the classified information into email messages. That is illegal on its face. There are hundreds of instances of classified information, dozens of instances of secret information, a few instances of top secret information and at least ONE "above top secret". Whoever told her staff to strip off the classification headers? Whoever did that should rot in a prison cell for a couple of decades.

Multiple indictments are nearly assured - the only question is the timeframe. The FBI does not mount an investigation of this magnitude, and then just say "whoops, what were we thinking!?" ...also, there's a big difference between a GOP Congressional investigation, and an FBI investigation. These are completely different things.
In light of the present status of the FBI investigation, guilty or not, the best thing Clinton could do for her party and country is to step aside and the sooner the better. The longer she clings to her version of reality, the worse it looks for the Dems standing behind her. The Clinton's need to retire to private life; it's past time to change the sheets.
