I noticed this is also great for releasing karmic twin energies. The karmic twin being the persona you created to fit into society/ family/ etc...and all it's attachments (job/career preferences, relationship preferences/ interests/ passions/ etc that aren't truly the soul's, but what the "norm" deems worthy and acceptable) The karmic twin is essentially the wounded ego self and will generate ppl and experiences that match it's vibration vs your souls vibration.
