    As someone with a low boredom threshold, who rarely makes it to the end of a video, I salute you Sir! You held my concentration with your incredible mastery of the blues guitar, for the entire length of your video. Not even EC himself has achieved that…

    Here's a tip I use. Have an always-on switch added for the Neck Pick-up. Then you can get all seven options. Neck and Bridge, Neck-middle-and bridge. Then turn it off for your normal options. Works with any three pick-up guitar - including a Less Paul.

      I think this is a pre-2016 model. I have one as well. The newer Nashville model feels quite different, much deeper neck, different saddles, p'ups did not have the same articulation / sensitivity as my 2015. The new colors are soooo slick though.

      tubescreamer peddal
      Sure, I'm using a Voc Ac30 and some pedals for light overdrive. Pedals: Joyo British,
      Joyo Vintage Overdrive and a Marshall Guvnor. I find that it's best to use set the amp clean for the best tone with the Vox.
      The phaser is also a Joyo pedal! I tried them on a whim because they're not very expensive and I have to say they are very nice. Thanks Erick.
      I have an old Ibanez WF-10, it has fuzz in it as well as wah.
      I'm using the stock pickups, tex-mex? Unsure, but they are great"

      @ClintCurtis  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd try a tube screamer and an overdrive like a Marshall Guv'nor. I run the tube screamer before the overdrive. I find that a little bit of dirt on the amp makes the pedals sound much better. If you want super clean, back off the volume on the guitar a touch.

Im trying to understand if you get that tone by taking out, did you lose the middle position on the switch or did it just go back to the middle position like a 3 way telecaster and if so why not just get a regular telecaster? Im buying this guitar right now

    I believe I can assure you, I've seen it in to many other videos, you can take a $29.00 Hannah Montana telecaster, purchased in a pawn shop in Tennessee like i did, and get what you hear here, IF YOU HOOK IT UP TO THE SAME AMP AND SETTINGS HE IS USING HERE. So many other videos on TH-cam prove it daily when comparing China guitars with American made ones, they always sound the same when hooked to the same amp and settings, and what does this prove, it proves Gibson and Fender has been taking advantage of their customers over the years , a d the few that make videos differing are probably uploaded by Gibson and fender to try and promote their sales. Most people don't know that epiphone guitars made in China, owned by Gibson are made from gluing 2 5ply, pieces of 3/4 in plywood together, and they sound as good as the ones made by Gibson out of solid wood in the USA..
