@@ГеоргийБолотник Yeah. I'm currently finishing a Mix for Age of Empires 2, after that I will do some work on medieval 2 since some of you guys asked about it!
Rome two may had great soundtrack. But this one feels closer to what Jeff Van Dyck may probably do. Which is more to my tastes. Kind of Reminds me of Rome 1 Ost. Doesnt go all orchestral like Rome 2.
During intense meele combat with large numbers of fighters you can notice "chanting" addition to the music when camera gets closer to the fight. This really gives true masculine vibes.
Resembles Rome 2, though Rome 2 was much slower-paced music. Nevertheless, Troy OST is great. Drums. Flutes. Lutes/lyres. Legendary and fast-paced. This soundtrack has it all. It is on par with trailer music.
Oh man glorious! I also found the name of the track used here and it is Aristeia and OH BOYYY - in ancient Greek it means "excellence" as the perfect performance in battle. Furthermore according to wiki it is divided into 5 parts: "the arming of the warriors, the march into battle the initial clash, the intense exchanges, and the retreat of one of the armies"... which is perfectly described by this track! THANK YOU FOR THE UPLOAD!
And here I am walking into Kroger, thinking I look like Achilles . Except the biggest difference is the massive one pack hanging slightly over my waist.
An inaccurate comparison, the main menu theme is great on its own and has that unique feel that makes it stand out than the rest main menu themes of the tw games.
Epic phenomenon. Even so if you have the original Greek command voice bits version and clarify that it's Greek that would be nicer and more realistic. Looking forward to that. 😃👏👏👏👏👏🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
It must be said, this game needs few fixes, but i like the whole ideia. The AI is insanely good in this game with no unit handcaps at all, also the artwork and soundtrack is insanely good, the best ever i think (even better than Rome 1, the greatest game ever created)
@@tiropitaliker1387 From what I can gleam from the masses of the TW community, the battles don't feel exactly like "Rome I" or "Warhammer," thus concluding that the game "completely sucks and is just impossible to play and enjoy." And with that, the entire setting of the Bronze Age, an era of Epic, untapped potential, is now wasted. I can only hope they attempt a new entry, that is to big a period of history to just let go to waste, especially for a Total War game.
Hey Argyrus, I've had two projects in the pipeline for some time now, but I'm too busy to finish them at the moment... it's Age of Empires 2 DE remix and Medieval 2 Total War remix

When are we going to get some more battle music for Troy?
Could you make the same, but about Medieval 2?
@@ГеоргийБолотник Yeah. I'm currently finishing a Mix for Age of Empires 2, after that I will do some work on medieval 2 since some of you guys asked about it!
Best Battle theme in recent total war games period
I think the best is Demonslayer from TW Warhammer 2
Hands down undisputed uncontested
Rome 2 est indétrônable pour moi
So true.

They tried this in threekingdoms TW
Big D energy
@@user-cs2cc4do6g I thought I remembered this feature and you helped confirm this for me, thank you.
now I need to hear that
The approach of the composer is very unique
The AI is insane in this game with no handcaps! The most difficult battles in a total war game

Really gives you the "this battle is going to be chanted for thousands of years" kind of vibe

God I was waiting for the battle music to be uploaded
It's something that stood out to me the most
i've said it before. this soundtrack has that early total war feel. the composer uses "normal" instruments, vocals and synthetic sounds. sounds great!
Reading the book and adding this music in the background...priceless. I just got teleported back in time and became a warrior. You Sack of wine! 🤓
Troy music got me into the game because of its unique mix of old style music along with some pc generated sound effects
And here I am walking into Kroger, thinking I look like Achilles . Except the biggest difference is the massive one pack hanging slightly over my waist.
I absolutely love the added electric guitar riffs in these tracks
I love the haptic's, putting you back in the game
4:38 I really thought it's a clock ticking xD always get this part when caprturing points are running out
I feel like I'm really going to battle myself and my gut tense up a slight bit, haha. Good song!
Much better than the Main Menu music.
An inaccurate comparison, the main menu theme is great on its own and has that unique feel that makes it stand out than the rest main menu themes of the tw games.
It remind 300 spartans soundtrack. Awesome
It's so seamless!
4:40 that singing is too beautifull! where can I find something like this?
Good evening, Soundtrack Refinery. absolutely thrilling video. thanks. :)
0:45!!!
So sick

it has a very battlestar galactica feel
"They are running from combat!"
Master of war 🔨
"your hero is under attack!"

I keep hearing negative things about this game being a bad entry. This soundtrack however counters those claims.
I don't understand how troy as an entry is bad. I find the battles to be very entertaining to play with a friend.

Epick!
When are you going to make a part 2 or another battle music mix????
Hey Argyrus, I've had two projects in the pipeline for some time now, but I'm too busy to finish them at the moment... it's Age of Empires 2 DE remix and Medieval 2 Total War remix
This is the shit!!
When you desperately want to make a 300 game but the publisher says no.
When you desperately want to leave a comment about a game clearly inspired by the Trojan war and it makes no sense at all.
Godamit sega stop fooling around and make a crusader total war already 😡
Medieval 2 had both the baltic and arabian crusades heavily featured. Iirc the baltic crusades even had a mission campaign.
@@pyroparagon8945 yes but the thing is I dont want to play a pixelated total war.
@@alanjames4944 ah, okay. Graphic never bothered me much.
