@@mltworld The Solid Phase Receptacle (SPR) Serves as the solid phase as well as the pipetting device for the assay.
Yes SPR is Coated With Ag and antibody Of Respective Analyte.
It's Almost Same as Elisa Plates are Coated.
Because Here also (Elisa + Fluorescence) ( ELFA) is Applicable.
For Example - we are Estimating TSH.
Then Particular SPR for TSH is Used.
And That is Coated Specially With TSH Ag and Antibody.
That's Why We Can't Use One SPR again (Because once Rxn Take Place That Coated Substance are Used ) or Also Not in Any Other Test .
Like TSH in T4 .
