Thats because this event is in Assen, a place up in holland (up is always quite). There is a LOT of police in the city's and a 10km radius from the city's. If you want to have no cops you should go to Sweden, love that country. I went to Sweden 4 weeks this summer and traveled to different city's every 3 days. Have seen 2 cop cars in those 4 weeks. When I was in New York 2 years ago I saw like 30 in 2 days.
