It's a "deflated" Sauvage Elixir, realistically the similarity is around 70%... having said that, it's not a bad fragrance at all. For its negligible price, the blind buy risk is minimal.
Hi! Yes, I would add that the 30% gap is due to the sweetness caused by the vanilla. Don’t forget to subscribe; I would really appreciate your support 🫶🏼
Just got asad today, and it is very similar to my elixir. Also got oud for glory, and I'm getting a Dior Fahrenheit smell from it. Both are VERY good for 25 bucks. Originally, I didn't get asad because the bottle looked ugly lol
@@ayaanqureshi9340 I love Ramz, it is amazing! Also love Asad a lot, didn't know the original Sauvage Elixer. Got a sample yesterday and the original with the licorice is a amazing! So the real one is better for me, but way too expensive, so I am very happy with Asad! PS I also ordered Lattafa Oud for Glory, will get it today, it's supposed to be really close to the original Oud for Greatness
@@ayaanqureshi9340 they are both truly amazing, love them so much! To me Ramz Silver is exactly like Ultra Male. Asad is a bit different from the original Sauvage Elixir, I miss the licorice but the black pepper is there. 80% same, still great!
Thank you for the honest and entertaining review. I’ve been wearing Asad for the first time today. Almost can’t remember what Elixer smells like because I tried it with so many other fragrances. Asad is a fantastic buy in my opinion. Inexpensive but doesn’t come off as cheap. I think it’s a bargain- I wouldn’t buy Elixir instead of this at the price and quality of the smell.
Thank you, Aaron, for your feedback! I totally agree with you. If you have to spend $160 to buy Elixir, which has almost the same performance as Asad, it's a no-brainer to go for the latter!

Asad as we're entering fall which is the season where it shines best. Im wearing it as I type this comment at work and been getting nothing but compliments and people thinking its Sauvage lol. Fakhar, for me, is for the warmer seasons. Its a great chocie too
Too bad. I can’t find this brand in any rack shop here in US or its not available here. I bought lattafa asad Zanzibar online, and that one smells good especially for summer use❤

@@tanimhassan9846 I'm new to perfumes. My first 3 is suqraat, najdia and ramz silver. And I love them all. Asad is different, more mature. It's more potent than the 3, maybe because of the spice. It was off at first. But every after sniff I get to like it more and more. No regrets blind buying Asad.

If it's not your cup of tea, then it is! Everybody is not going to like every fragrance regardless of its positive popularity. Some people don't like the smell of sugar, but that doesn't make me hate it. I wear what I like, not what you like for me.
@@NobleNose965Hi Noble, you know some people are really a fragrance hater and would make up false information about a fragrance because they don't simply like any of them. I am not saying that this person is one of the haters, but I have come across many of such fragrance haters here on TH-cam who will make bad false comments on very popular good smelling fragrances who simply hate it. I found this Asad fragrance to be great and a nice must have fragrance. I think this negative guy should macerate the fragrance for a few weeks to a month, just let it sit for a while. Maceration is real and it works, because I have tried it on quite a few of my Middle Eastern fragrances and my fragrances have truly revealed itself in its true scent. I repeat, maceration does work and it's real! Often middle eastern fragrances need to be macerated. Google maceration of perfumes and learn more about it.
I picked up Asad for $20 because of the hype it got online. I personally really enjoy it, and for $20. Its almost a no brainer to pick it up.
