Great interview. I'm still not very good but I added window cleaning to my services to get us through our first winter. Trying to learn to get better but it's the small things that are the hardest. Finding a market and pricing is easy. Learning a new labor-intensive skill is what's been hard for me. Leaving streaks on customer windows is very stressful but I'll get there one day!

how do you manage cleanup inside the house so you dont wet the inside of the house

Cleanup it’s very minimal, inside the house you don’t use the water fed pole, just a handheld mop and squeegee! Hope that helped :)

Still don't get why in USA most wfp poles using hose outside pole instead inside - it us so much easier and convince 😅
