I have the 3+black and the batteries are slightly different but I haven't had any issues so far with my Kastar.

I use those batteries in my PSPs have the first three ones with the disc so far I haven't had any issues there a lot better than most the batteries on aftermarket for what I'm using them for since I can't get new PSP batteries

The GoPro has a regulator and the battery has different voltage output higher mAh so the GoPro thinks something's wrong had the same issue just keep it plugged in and keep running it inside GoPro until it is fully discharged

I recently got an old hero 3+ from a family member, and I couldn't find 3d party extended batteries anywhere on the internet for it.. do you know of some any good ones that don't cost too much?

I'll probably dip my toes in again regarding purchasing a 3rd party battery for this camera and I encourage anyone to SPEAK UP if they've had GOOD experience with a 3rd party one. So stay tuned for that.
Of course, I'd steer you away from KASTAR products at this time.
That being said, I'm seeing a lot of genuine GoPro (standard) batteries available for right around the $12-15 mark. I'd favor that route for you, lior.
