I love the real robot genre as much as the next guy but there really is something special about super robots that just speak to my soul
Especially when my introductions to the mecha genre were Daimos, Voltes V, Gundam Wing, and Zoids Chaotic Century

The two Getters from the two worlds are really great and they're doing well while fighting together, as Shin Getter Dragon and Getter Robo (Devolution) are truly unstoppable duo right now in SRW 30.
Imagine meeting yourself from alternate universe. Man, that's pretty awkward if you ask me.

Can you imagine if the Devo Getter Team post-Devolution in the new universe literally made ANOTHER Getter Robo from the data gather from the previous universe where they defeated Getter Will? By doing so, they would make the TRUE Getter Emperor or Shin Getter Emperor of the Devolution timeline. They kinda likely overloaded the data of the previous universe after the Shine Spark that killed Getter Will. That “Shin Getter Emperor” might be the Mazinger ZERO of the Getter Robo universe *(despite Saga’s Getter Emperor).*

The manga had a future getter team (resembling main universe and armageddon teams) sharing the cockpit with the devo team
would've been cool if we got to see a six hearts as one stoner sunshine (and see the armageddon team back in their pilot suits)
or a 9 hearts shin shine spark with devo riding shin dragon
The nine hearts as one was a epic missed oppurtunity on Bamco's part.
Still a missed opportunity that these two couldn't bring back the "Stoner Sunshine- Spark" attack that was in "SRWA: Portable".

That attacks always reminds me of that time Shin Getter Robo absorbed a nuke
It has been a while since the Getter Team has had a transforming robot. That is a bit strange thinking back on it. It even kept open get instead of flash in some games where the forms were only attacks.
Shin Getter could transform in V and T, though?

I really want a Devloution anime but I know it won't look anywhere as good as this if Netflix Ultraman is anything to go by (even though I do like it despite it being different from the manga).
Maybe if Shin Getter Dragon appears in another Super Robot Wars 30, Maybe they'll give it some of the Daikessen Attacks, like the STONER SUNSHINE + SHIN SHINE SPARK powerpoint 😁😁😃😃😃

Still don't understand why they chose to put Devolution instead of Arc.
Because they were developing the game since 2019. Arc anime only came out in 2021, literally a few months before the game released.
