Just as a suggestion, all of the top clears I've seen pop ult as soon as the timer starts without trying to build up buffs first, since they'll get their ult back fast it's overall more dps in the long run. After the first ult, then you should try to build up the buffs during the downtime

For electro duo speed runs, I don't think there are a lot of those (same as jackal saying), but you can build a way for this quickswap playstyle from other speedruns showcases Really good players like Bzb as mentioned earlier and hafis do such speed runs But in case you want just to learn rotations for clear purposes, you can see some of them on my guides playlist in the channel
The difference is pretty minimal, but lingering tunes is better in my opinion because its buff will be active automatically throughout the run, and I believe mech 4-cost is a better option for solo
