How to make dal for chapati, dosa or rice..

    Ingredients
    1. 1 cup dal
    2. 1tsp mustard seed
    3. 1 tsp jeera
    4. 4-5 garlic cloves
    5. 1 tsp curry leaves
    6. 1 chopped onion
    7. Slat to taste
    8. 1 tsp turmeric
    9. Chopped tomato.
    10. 1 tsp coriander leaves.
    11. 2-3 tsp sunflower oil.
    12. Green chilli 3-4
    13. Lemon half.
    Recipe.
    Step-1
    Pour the oil into the kadai and add mustard seeds and jeera seeds, fry it.
    Step-2.
    Add some garlic, curry leaves, Green chilli and chopped onion, fry it until golden brown.
    Step-3
    Add salt to taste and turmeric, fry it until onions turn soft.
    Step-4
    Add chopped tomato to the fried mixture, fry it until the tomato turns soft.
    Step-5
    Add boild dal to the tadka mixture, give it a boil until oil leaves.
    Setp-6
    Turn off the stove and add some lemon.
