It's just that increasing the seats is not bad at all but if enough facilities and security is not given to doctors in peripheries and villages there will be clustering of doctors in Main cities but the void will still remain in peripheral places

You'll get patients in remote town/ Village but running a clinic Profitability is a huge task as party don't have paying capacity.
So from startups to Professionals, everyone's target is top 10% of population (residing in tier 1 city).
Doctors also need to be agile, how to setup diagnostic & polyclinic, what pharma franchisae to take, how to increase footfall, digital marketing etc.
It's better to increase medical govt hospitals without medical seats or with few seats like 50...so that it improves the job opportunity to the doctors...even if they increase the pg or DM, mch seats to match this then it will be the next b tech again for pg, mch or dm...
It's already for pg..ss doctors are now sitting in 3rd tier cities
Govt is not increasing more job opportunities for doctor's in reality.. bs seats badha dene se kya hoga jobs bhi toh increase karna chahiye cities me hospital's overloaded hote hai toh usko compensate krne ke liye job's plus salary dono increase karna chahiye bs thok ke bhaav MBBS ki degree bechne ke liye Govt hr districts me medical Colleges open krti jaa rhi hai which is not a good solution..

It's just a perspective don't be afraid about this because you only watching a single person perspective you think that if new generation doctor growing up then old doctors generation also and the ratio is till not constant... So new generation ka uske kaam ko lekar dedication chahiye is field me kyuki a old doctor cannot stand 36 hours duty but a young doctor can...... India ko young doctors ki need hai keep hustling guys 🤘🤘

Rule for patients to go for a general practitioner before going to a md/ss will be great as this will reduce extra burden on healthcare and also give better opportunity to practice for ug
Ab mujhe vilen (singer) ka wo baat yaad aa rahi hai ... succuces is only satisfaction . Don't think that you want to earn too much.. earn money that satisfy you. And give you a decent happy life.😇
Even pg's will be new btechs after 3-4 years.....
Then after 7-8 yrs superspecialisations will be new btechs.....

What else do you think will happen when the rate of recruitment is way less than the rate at which doctors are produced. This is true for every profession. People that get employed are exhausted and over worked. Employers will do anything to reduce recruitments
There is still a shortage of doctors.....That's why u can see the unattended patients in govt hospitals....
Govt just need to bring in more hospital with more beds ....that Delhi situation was because in Delhi 1 lakh is the salary for mbbs graduates that's why there were many there

mbbs is not about buisness its about saving life. If you want to do buisness and earn money in less time ofcourse you have lot of other options. Why the hell you are crying here in the name of mbbs no one is forcing you . remember MBBS is not about money it;s about Hardwork, Humanity, and People's trust in you about saving their loved one.

Yes now mbbs alone is like not getting good job .... Speciality and Superspeciality is must ....in my state Number of students passing per year is far more than number of Jobs ... Mbbs alone in my state is like not getting govt. Job directly.... now they also have to fight commision exam and do jobs in rural area for 3 years... if they pass commission exam and they can't do pg in these 3 years .....
Maths Padhi Hoti to Sucess ratio of just 8 to 10 prcnt nhi bolte 😂 previously it was less than 1 prcnt. Nowadays a small effort can make u doctor.

Valu of an average mbbs is less than an everage. B,tec. A doctor.mostly depend govt job. Because indian people being poor. Has little means to pay for fees and medicine. Govt take this opportunity to exploit mbbs. On the other hand b,tec. Depend less on govt job. Most b tec are employed by IT company forout sourcing job and are much better paid than a govt doctor. So far earning is matters doctors job is not good

Future mbbs isn't dark..it's just isn't sparkly the way it looks... treat it like any other professional course... pedestal course nahi hai ye.
And bams doctors are already posted at a lot.of.places..so..
@@humansgonnadiesooner True But BAMS is getting more recognition these days than any other course in India , and they can prescribe ayurvedic medicines along with allopathic medicines. So maybe this is a little bit of a concern regarding this cause BAMS do the same allopathic treatment at a very cheap price as compared to MBBS. And Brother MBBS is getting saturated day by day in metropolitan cities.
@@indranilthedentist bams homeopathy cam write whatever they want in this world as treatment ...their wish.. but at the end of the day..out of 100 patients they see... 80 will land to us again but with lost time..of reversing the disease..the left 20 got better..cz they went and followed the term lifestyle correction religiously.. and they think it's the medicine which is working.. and the end of the day.. after a certain stage of disease.. it's nearly impossible to reverse the damage.. those with success story are starters mostly who changed their lifestyle..
So bams can take the credit for 20 out of 100..but the rest 80 will.land to us in bad state..with lost time..and then blaming allopathic mbbs.... hence the bashing and unpopularity.
They know clearly they are not accountable to ppl hence they can do whatever they want.
They can keep the cheap prescription recognition.. we will still met their miracles..some time later in life.

If at all somebody want to take up medicine as a carrier..they should love studying... no reason like respect money and amazing life... not matter how grand the doctor is.. out of 10..only 7 will come back for review..and out of them..only 3-4 say thank you if they are better... this profession is like pictures on Instagram with filters.

Government should stop increasing mbbs seats in Neet ug, every coaching institutes are brain washing students, presently MBBS has become over saturated, including PG also, infact the BAMS also snatches most of the MBBS job at low salary! We MBBS stuck in giving fmge, neet pg, ss..but these BAMS starts working since 2/3rd year in private hospitals! 😕

Maharashtra is one of most doctors producing state but there are also doctors shortage in periphery (jalna dist) it is about mbbs oh God u r saying about pg we have hardly 30k anaesthesia specialist for 140 crore population and each ICU needs atleast 4-6 anaesthesia specialist while in corporate hospital number is 25-30 and leave about neurology cardiologist please think with open mind aap ko mbbs nhi Mila ya aap ke andar gut nhi iska matlab nhi hai ki field hi kharab hai..

That is only for non clinical branches....no clinical branches seats go vacant
MBBS will never become BTech, 500 doctor are there because they might interested in that particular job. But, it's not like BTech that if you get rejected from one place you will have to make many hustle to only apply for job. Let rest 480 MBBS students even not selected for job, they get job easily at other hospitals or they can start their own clinic setup.❤

And there is much shorter of doctors in INDIA, even MBBS also, you can take fellowship of 1 year and work in ICU or assistant doctor with specialist Doctor.
