That was one of the hardest parts of grief to deal with for me. Everyone went about their lives as if nothing had happened, meanwhile my life had forever changed and would never be the same. If felt like an insult on top of injury.😢

You will find the strength to continue. Timmy , despite his illness, found a reason to fill his life with joy and you must too. I lost my husband 4 years ago, you have to reinvent yourself. You need to continue to live each day in his honor, life is precious!! Get out and walk , enjoy nature, start some projects, Timmy is at peace and no longer suffering. We love you and if i were there i would hug you , but unfortunately I cannot take away that pain. Remember you did a great job of being a caregiver to him. After 4 years of taking care of my husband full-time, the loss of that "responsibility" left a huge crater. Being a caregiver takes its toll, though I'm sure you wouldn't have done anything different. What a roller coasters you will have ahead. God bless you! Take care of yourself.

Having lived with a husband who has been disabled and in severe chronic and acute pain for 47 plus years I understand what a different life it is to the norm and how all consuming the illnesses are on time and focus. Stephanie, my heart goes out to you. Grief comes in waves and it looks different for different people. When I unexpectedly lost my sister at 43 while my dad was battling stage 4 lung cancer, I didn’t have the time or bandwidth to truly mourn because my dad needed me. It’s now been five years and I’m still grieving. Helping my dad through his treatments and volunteering to help others (both on my own and through my church) really helped keep me busy and enabled me to work through my grief (and the trauma) without losing myself in it. There is a time to sit in your grief and open yourself up to feeling all of those emotions, but the key is not to live there. God has a purpose for you and he’s blessed you with a platform to share your faith, knowledge, gifts, and experiences with your audience. Take some time if you need it, but don’t lose sight of yourself and God’s purpose for you. Going forward with your channel, maybe you could do small acts of service to honor Timmy that will both provide you with both content and healing. Maybe you can help organize a neighbor’s or fellow church member’s pantry or help decorate a room for a local viewer. Maybe you could help create a community music room in your church. If you need us to watch old videos while you take some time off, then that’s what we’ll do. We will be here for you no matter what you decide to do. We just want what’s best for you. You and your family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers. May God’s peace be with you.

Stephie- I am SO SORRY for your loss. I, too, lost my husband (also Tim) very suddenly when he was 55. His overall health was better than your Timmy's was, although he had some of the same issues (high blood pressure and diabetes- both controlled by meds). Of course you do not know what your NEW NORMAL will look like. This is to be expected. Give yourself some time.' Like you, I am a caregiver, and if it hadn't been for my job and volunteer things at church, I would have struggled more than I did Rest in God, He will get you through this. Accept whatever support you can from your family and friends; spend lots of time with your nieces and nephews, enjoy watching them grow. Watch whatever videos you have of Timmy- his hymn singing will give you a lot of comfort. Take comfort in all of the good memories of fun times you had together. I used to call our phone regularly so that I could hear Tim's voice on the outgoing message. My husband died in December of 2004, and I still think about him often. Fortunately, I am still in touch with friends we shared and also family members to share memories with. Spend as much time as you can in Bible study, God will show you verses that will really help. There is also a ministry called Grief Share that you can join an online group and get Christ based support.

I’m so glad she did because I have watched some of the earlier videos you made and O have enjoyed them. I know you’re struggling right now. You will find the strength to continue. Timmy , despite his illness, found a reason to fill his life with joy and you must too. I lost my husband 4 years ago, you have to reinvent yourself. You need to continue to live each day in his honor, life is precious!! Get out and walk , enjoy nature, start some projects, Timmy is at peace and no longer suffering. We love you and if i were there i would hug you , but unfortunately I cannot take away that pain. Remember you did a great job of being a caregiver to him. You are such a wonderful person, ❤️❤️❤️❤️, much love!!
No one can tell you the correct way to grieve, do what works best for you and take all the time you need. Some grieve in private and some need to talk, it’s all up to you. Take care of you, Timmy would want that. 💙💙💙
After 4 years of taking care of my husband full-time, the loss of that "responsibility" left a huge crater. Being a caregiver takes its toll, though I'm sure you wouldn't have done anything different. What a roller coasters you will have ahead. God bless you! Take care of yourself.

Having lived with a husband who has been disabled and in severe chronic and acute pain for 47 plus years I understand what a different life it is to the norm and how all consuming the illnesses are on time and focus. When I unexpectedly lost my sister at 43 while my dad was battling stage 4 lung cancer, I didn’t have the time or bandwidth to truly mourn because my dad needed me. It’s now been five years and I’m still grieving. Helping my dad through his treatments and volunteering to help others (both on my own and through my church) really helped keep me busy and enabled me to work through my grief (and the trauma) without losing myself in it.
There is a time to sit in your grief and open yourself up to feeling all of those emotions, but the key is not to live there. God has a purpose for you and he’s blessed you with a platform to share your faith, knowledge, gifts, and experiences with your audience. Take some time if you need it, but don’t lose sight of yourself and God’s purpose for you.
Going forward with your channel, maybe you could do small acts of service to honor Timmy that will both provide you with both content and healing. Maybe you can help organize a neighbor’s or fellow church member’s pantry or help decorate a room for a local viewer. Maybe you could help create a community music room in your church.

I am SO SORRY for your loss. I, too, lost my husband (also Tim) very suddenly when he was 55. His overall health was better than your Timmy's was, although he had some of the same issues (high blood pressure and diabetes- both controlled by meds).
Of course you do not know what your NEW NORMAL will look like. This is to be expected. Give yourself some time.'
Like you, I am a caregiver, and if it hadn't been for my job and volunteer things at church, I would have struggled more than I did
Rest in God, He will get you through this.
Accept whatever support you can from your family and friends; spend lots of time with your nieces and nephews, enjoy watching them grow. Watch whatever videos you have of Timmy- his hymn singing will give you a lot of comfort. Take comfort in all of the good memories of fun times you had together. I used to call our phone regularly so that I could hear Tim's voice on the outgoing message. My husband died in December of 2004, and I still think about him often. Fortunately, I am still in touch with friends we shared and also family members to share memories with.
Spend as much time as you can in Bible study, God will show you verses that will really help.
There is also a ministry called Grief Share that you can join an online group and get Christ based support.
Stephanie, I am so sorry for your loss of Timmy! You both were an inspiration and your love for each other was lovely to watch.
I am praying for strength and peace in the coming days for you and your family.

Dear Stephanie, I came across your channel when you had purchase your mobile home and was beginning the remodel. I stayed because you all are the sweetest. I love the fact that you all were just down to earth people like myself. Timmy was such a joy to see on the videos and his singing was just priceless. I shared your channel with a friend and when she text me yesturday telling me of Timmys passing it broke my heart. It borke my heart for those he left behind. I truly believe TImmy loved God and is in his presence now. I'm sure he is singing and praising the Father. I hope you will continue with your channel, I'm sure that would make TImmy happy. I am new to your channel. The Farming Pastor’s Wife asked her listeners yo pray for you and go to your channel. I’m so glad she did because I have watched some of the earlier videos you made and O have enjoyed them. I know you’re struggling right now. I can’t say I know what uou’re going through because I haven’t had to face it but I know God will be right beside you to help you through this. Just keep your faith in Him and take one day at a time. The pain will never go away but will ease with rime. Just know that your readers love you and are praying for you. You will see Timmy again and when you do he will be healthy and strong. I just found out about Timmy. This just breaks my heart. He was one amazing human being who brought us so much light in these dark days. He never seemed to let anything bother him. I loved his singing the old songs. I always thought how lucky he was to have someone take such good care of him. What a blessing that y’all were able to go to Disney and go off for your anniversary. I just suffered a huge loss last month & seeing you with your family always brought me joy. Whatever you decide to do with this channel, know I'll be there. We can go on this grieving journey together & I will support you through all the ups & downs. I keep thinking about the saying that grief is the price we pay for loving & even though it's an extremely painful price, I wouldn't want to go through this life without that love.
