I think there were 3 versions. A Block logo version with blue strap from 1998, Gold scratch logo version from 1999 and a white scratch logo version from 2000.

I may eventually. Its not hurting anything at the moment leaving it on, and its hiding the holes drilled in to put the tip in. Lol
