hi Ryan, do u know if there are any issues of singaporeans still working in singapore, travel in and out JB frequently without MM2H or employment pass. just using visa free 30days. becos heard of stories singaporeans stay less than 30days but get questioned by customs.
Just be more skeptic about what Ryan says. He is a JB property pumper and will only say good things about JB because he wants you to engage him for his service to earn commission. Once the deal is done, you're on your own. Singaporeans are too naive
It’s very sad that Singaporeans are moving to Malaysia for the wrong reasons. Our forefathers are turning in their graves now as this is not the outcome they envisioned when they work so hard to build this nation.
@@AlphaMarketingSG We build our nation from 3rd world to 1st only to have our own citizens downgrading to 3rd class residents in a 3rd world country because they cannot afford to live in this country anymore. Singapore has become another Hawaii.
@@nicholasgoh3526 people are just being practical. Retire in JB one thing you are still very connected to Singapore. not you want to settle in Malaysia then can, you need to have immigration status or else you are just a tourist and must leave every 30 days

if you do like daily travel in out without proper visa, you are likely to be questioned. Or if you spend more time in JB than Singapore very obviously
Use e-gate

Ryan,
What happens if 1m Singaporeans retired in JB?
more homes for Singapore younger generation?
Now have 3000+ unsold properties in JB. Can't accommodate 1m Singaporeans
Shaun is a Malaysian. So, ok for him lah
There are Singaporeans in the video too. The key point is SGD earner going to JB for a variety of reasons
You didn’t mention security!!
people who still think JB is unsafe are probably the people who haven't been to JB in a long long time
Has the theft of transportational vehicles improved in JB?
I heard theft of Luxury Cars and Motorcycles are unfortunately still quite common there? 🤔

Government encourages us to go overseas to work not to retire.
Also, we go JB frequently.
