I just give a specific way, you can change any details you want to make the product according to your liking. The same method, but just a little change will result in many different products.
The size and length of the wire used depends on the size of the stone, the number and the size of the petals
With the average stone size, about 1.5 - 2cm in diameter, Can use wire with diameter 0.7 - 1mm (21 gauge - 18 gauge ) length used 6 - 8cm ( 2 - 3,5 inch) and 0.4 - 0.5mm (26 gauge -24 gauge ) length used 120 - 200cm ( 48 - 80 inch).
In the video I use :
26 gauge ( wire diameter 0.4mm ) : 150cm( 60 inch)
20 gauge ( wire diameter 0.8mm ) : 7cm( 2,8 inch)
Round cabochon has a diameter of 1.8cm
Regularly measure the length of the crease so that the petals are even (but very difficult, I also often make the petals uneven). But that makes the flower more natural.
Use needle to make it easier to pass the wire
You can use it as pendant, brooch, earring, key hanger or decorate.

I used to round copper wire - magnet wire (type of wire not used to make jewelry, Its price is very cheap) . it's the only kind I found where I lived for many sizes. I do not know exactly what type it was, can be normal copper wire, it have plating layer, and not dark by time
