Amazing look! Love it!
Thank you! I think it adds to that sort of “Home video” vibe of the whole thing. Can’t wait to use CinePrint more!
wonderful fall colors, loved the halation as well.
Thank you! Much appreciated!
This is awesome
Thank you! Glad you think so
WOW! I love this so much its beautiful! what a fun day :)
Yeah :) so glad we have the memories!
Are you the girl in the video?
@@Glee_Tourist I am not sadly haha, I'm just along for the ride here :)
@@Glee_Tourist I am!
Awesome vid mate! Any tips on getting the entire frame in focus?
Thank you! I typically shoot in a wider-open aperture, like f2.0, so my frame is rarely all in focus, so you might consider shooting f5.6 or higher! Hope that helps!
Really beautiful ! good job man ! Did you used S-log 3 to make the cinetone look (i'm begginner colorist, so I'm looking for everything that can halps :) thanks
Hey thanks so much, that's very kind! Yes, I used S-log3 and it's so helpful for using this film emulation! I'm also by no means a professional here but I'm glad I could help somehow!
@@itswilsonhi what gamma did you used here?
I was recently able to buy this Tom Bolles emulator, but I still don't know how to use it well. How do you get that brownish tone? I loved it. Stunning work!
Awesome! Definitely a worthy purchase - I am certainly not a pro either, but I shoot in Slog3 and used CinePrint V1 for editing this one to get the look that I did. Hope that helps you!
@@itswilsonhi yes, thank u so much!
How stunning! I have a project due in a few weeks and have been on a hunt for a title that fits the style, and the one used in this video is perfect. Is there anyway you can let me know where this comes from, I'd be extremely appreciative!
Thanks for the comment! Glad you like it - to be clear, are you finding a font that fits the style of your project, or the actual wording of the title?
@@itswilsonhi I guess the font or if you had gotten it from a pack online.
Sure thing! I used the Niagara font, specifically Niagara Regular - fonts.adobe.com/fonts/niagara - Hope this helps!
@@itswilsonhi Thanks a lot! I'll see what I can do!
Nice use of cineprint. It looks like you stayed away from grain? Or was it there, and just subtle?
Yeah you’re right, no grain here. I’ve tried it both ways and I personally love film grain! Just didn’t want TH-cam to compress like crazy from too much!
@@itswilsonhi TH-cam does poo poo on your quality.
On that note... On the merit of this piece, I checked out your other videos and did this deep-dive into what I would call your "boy meets girl" series, and my man you are a great storyteller! PLEASE, keep it up. =)
THANK YOU. That series feels like forever ago, and it’s definitely a staple of the channel! Thank you for watching and thank you for your kind words😊
