That’s what I saw. The can moves from being hit by the amp, then it explodes.
It looks you just barely grazed the can with the corner of the amp, and that was apparently enough to make it go kaboom lol. I’ve never seen a soda pop like that from such a tiny touch

I Think u got the can with the corner of that amp, that's why It exploded, imagine the sun pressurizing the contents and also its a cream soda one so lots of explosion was bound to happen

I was driving 1300 km one year with a bottle of wine in the backseat, it froze and burst and I didn't notice at all, when I got home my wife was laughing saying I smelled of booze, lucky I didn't get pulled over on that trip

Randy definitely get that Volvo S80! That’s the P3 generation S80 which ran from 2007-2016 and I owned a 2009 S80 with the 4.4L Yamaha V8. I absolutely loved that car. It sounded so good with the muffler delete and with 320hp and AWD it was decently quick. Those S80’s are so smooth and ride super nice. Those are my favorite Volvo’s by far. I also owned a 2004 V70R, but I actually enjoyed my V8 S80 more!

randy, as i’m sure you know…the 1,500 dollar taillights aren’t on every f150. the 1,500 dollar ones are only on the trucks with blis….they are the blind spot integrated ones. just like the rest….great video, keep it up.

Randy, I would avoid that QX56. I had one with the exact same idle issue and it was the head damaged by the HPFP. Exact same symptoms as what you are seeing. I was quoted $20k for an engine installed at the dealer and a private shop. The 5.6 V8 has some big issues with the direct injection once you pass 100k miles. A tune up probably won't fix it.
Good to know... my Focus ST acted similarly, and anxiety was high since they're known for blowing head gaskets... luckily mine was just bad spark plugs. What a relief 😮💨

I had a can just explode from sun heat before. I found it in my car and when I picked it up, the motion of lifting shook it just enough that the pressure pushed the top of the can off. It rocketed out of my hand and I was covered in hot soda.

If there's a lot of vibrating and shaking when you're trying to accelerate, that means you need new axles in the front of the car
I owned one of those older P3 S80s and I think if you really want one you should look for a t6 because the 3.2 is inferior in every way to the 3.0t in the T6. The T6 has 300hp and a very linear power band with 0 turbo lag, negligible difference in gas mileage, more reliable doesn't have the oil consumption issues of the 3.2 and are around the same price.
😂 randy don't worry I work at a coca cola facility and what happened was that the drinks were in a hot place so when you started opening the doors the temp change got them to pop

People need to stop hating on Randy for liking or not liking a certain car. Volvo’s aren’t for everyone. Volvo and Saab are middle of the road cars, either you like them or you don’t. Another example, my first car was a 1980 Ford Pinto, light blue with a 4 on the floor. I was the coolest kid in high school! (At least I thought) 1990 was a weird time. Anyway, Pinto’s aren’t for everyone either!!!!

You probably were feeling torque steer. Volvo's AWD is 100% FWD until it detects one of the front wheels slipping, then it engages AWD. The older models would spin the front tires 1/4 turn before engaging, but newer ones are almost instantaneous.
That Volvo is a sharp looking car
Also, if you put premium fuel on your Volvo you get much better gas mileage

The reason the tail lights on those trucks are so expensive isn't just because they're factory LED, but because they also integrated the collision avoidance and lane intrusion sensors in the brake light fixtures. Because those sensors talk directly to the ODBII computer, if they are damaged, they have the capability to disable the entire vehicle. Way too much headache to justify the cost.
I had an 04 XC90 2.5T AWD (just like this one; avoid the T6 at all costs, near-100% failure rate of the GM transmission)... The blower fan is a common failure. Other than that, the 208hp I-5 is underpowered, but the drivetrain is mechanically reliable. The build quality is less than desirable, and it uses stupid fiber optic connections between the "head unit" (that's just a display), the separate CD changer in the dash (with a near-100% failure rate, shared with Chryslers of the era), amplifier under the passenger seat, and FM/satellite radio module/antenna between the headliner and roof over the cargo area. If you want to add an aux port, you solder some cat 5/6 to the ADC in the FM tuner, run the cable to the dash, and solder a panel mount 3.5mm jack to the other end. The ADC will automatically take the signal with the lowest impedance, which will be whatever is plugged into the aux input as the radio signal almost always has higher impedance. It's super janky, but it's the only option save for expensive Bluetooth adapters like this one has, and that's not guaranteed to support audio.
Right on all accounts. The 2.5T I5 and the later 3.2 N/A I6 were solid. Even the 4.4 N/A V8 (leave it to Volvo to get a 60-degree, transverse-mounted V8) was decent.
The 2.9T I6? Awful, awful, awful. I'm not sure what was up with that 4T65, but it couldn't handle the torque. Maybe Volvo should have specified the HD version that the GM 3800 supercharged cars used.
@@kyreerollerson yes, the 3.2 is a good one. I know he recently looked at an S80 with it. And yeah, they did the same thing with the LS4 V8s... they already had the 4T80 they had been putting in the Seville STS for nearly a decade, but nope, let's stick with the lower spec transmission 🤷
@@kyreerollerson actually I just remembered why... the 4T65 (non-HD) already had an AWD variant (Aztek, Rendezvous, and minivans?), and the case were different on the 65HD, so they'd have to reengineer the transmission for the bolt-on angle gear, and they wanted an off the shelf solution... funny thing is, they had to redesign the case anyway to bolt up to the 2.9 and fit in the engine bay, so they would have been better off getting the 65HD or 80 and modifying the case to fit the angle gear. They'd just have needed a dual-spline right side halfshaft that fit those transmissions and they'd have been pretty decent.
Damn that VW. The Benz is so nice!! Volvo is nice. Poor infinity was used and abused.

This happened in my math class all last year. My teacher had a bunch of soda for a fundraiser but nobody ever bought it so he just kept it in his room. Those cans would explode one by one during the night and leave a mess for everybody to walk in to.
