Teenagers who have combination skin type have these problems like: t zone area extremely oily, clogged pores, blackheads, whiteheads, tiny bumps, much more sebaceous filaments, excess sebum,painful big acne and pimple spots,melasma type problems,large open pores etc. I have these problems and the skin is very thin, especially around the eyes, veins of all colors can be seen.I have under eyes dark circles. My forehead hairline slightly wrinkles, dull and tan skin. Basically my damaged skin barrier. I want to repair it. There are pigmentation problems around the lips, on the side of the cheeks. I have combination skin type. I want healthy, glowing skin, pink lips and suggest an effective product at low cost 🙏😭What should a new teenage skin care and lip care routine look like to get soft, smooth, healthy, glowing and clear baby skin and rosy lips? Especially for those who have extremely oily t-zone area but rest of the skin is very dry and have dark and dry lips, it would be good to show the products through a video. Like First you suggest a face wash that will remove normal sunscreen even if used at night , 2nd suggest a moisturizer with ceramides, niacinamide, peptide, hyaluronic acid, 3rd a good board spectrum spf 50pa++ sunscreen for face, 4rd there is talk of a lip balm that even those with black pigmented lips can use tinted or without tinted spf 30pa++ lip balm. And good kojic acid,ceramides, niacinamide, peptide, hyaluronic acid, lip balm for night time in low price is very hydriting moisturizing and will lighten and pink lips from inside btw what am i Can I use the spf added lip balm in the morning at night? If I can, the cost will be reduced 😁 I told you my little knowledge .

Hey I'm suggesting u a teenage skin care routine:-
1.Cleanser - Cetaphil/dot and key cica facewash my personal fav
Oil based cleanser (night) Use can use Vaseline/any non-comedogenic oil that suits you
2.Toner - Rose water/Rice water
3.Serum
Pimples - Salicylic Acid(derma co)
Dull skin/brighten- Vitamin C (deconstruct /plum) or Kojic acid (derma co)
4.Moisturizer - Dot and key ceramides and hylaronic acid (this is the best)
5.Sunscreen - Aqualogica/derma co
6.Lip balm - derma co 1% kojic acid lipbalm or melalumin from pharmacy is good for reducing pigmentation, dot and key one is okayish(not good in reducing dark pigmentation but yeah keeps lips hydrated and moisturized)
For any other skin issues like if u want to reduce dark spots u can use any Kojic acid cream from pharmacy/ Glyco-6

So i prefer aqualogica glow dewy vitamin c sunscreen but im using tretinoin without moisturizer

Also I have very bad breakout now ….. idk I used tretinoin for 6 months and then i stoped using it cause it irritated my skin . Actually my dermatologist recommended me tretinoin micro gel a year ago for my acne but i stopped using it after 2-3 months and this time i started using the cream version myself.
For you i would suggest if you wanna use tretinoin then visit a dermatologist but aziderm you can use without consultation as well.

Use the dot and key moisturizer she mentioned. It works amazing. Emolene is a bit iffy if you have acne prone skin, as it tends to clog pores

You should stop Tretinoin for atleast a week before and after that facial for you to not get any irritation. Coz Tretinoin makes your skin active sensitive.

I am sharing some tips since i had acne for almost 6-7 years... Nd now i have clear skin... Just read this nd all ur doubts will be cleared:
1. Start with a lower concentration of tretinoin like 0.025% to avoid skin irritation. Avoid high concentrations like 0.05% initially.
2. Ensure your skin is dry before applying tretinoin. Apply a thin pea sized amount if tretin after moisturizing to prevent irritation.
3. Apply Vaseline around sensitive areas like , corners of the nose, lips around your eyes to protect them from irritation.
4.Always use sunscreen, apply every 2 hours, especially between 11 AM to 4 PM.
5. Apply tretinoin and peeling solutions only at night, dont use it both day and night time.. Thinking it will show fast results... No!!!! It will do more harm than good... Use it at night only.. And also keep your skin hydrated by drinking lots of water and also applying moisturizer.
6.Use tretinoin every alternate day with breaks, 0.025 concentration is sufficient 0.05 is not needed..
7.On Saturdays or Sundays, or once a week, you can use natural remedies like oats or besan with curd on your skin. Avoid acidic ingredients like lemon or tomato to prevent skin irritation.Natural remedies can be beneficial as they can penetrate deeply into your skin, especially when your skin is peeling.
Always Remember, less is more when it comes to skincare routines.so keep a very simple routine like a cleansing balm to remove makeup.. Then a facewash..Then a moisturizer.. Then a sunscreen at day time / tretin during night time.. That's it.. No serums no tomers needed keep it simple also facewash should be gentle.. Don't use salicylic acid or glycolic acid facewash..
BE VERY PATIENT WHILE USING TRETINOIN.. IT WON'T SHOW RESULTS IN ONE WEEK OR 2 WEEK.. YOUR SKIN WILL START SHOWING RESULTS AFTER 5-6 MONTHS .. SO BE PATIENT
Additionally, for those dealing with forehead acne, it's essential to check for dandruff as it can contribute to acne in that area. Using a ketoconazole shampoo once or twice a week can help with dandruff-related acne. Give it a try and share your results!
