Mushroom are great for FLAVOUR. It is mostly fiber with little nutrients. Great for a HEALTHY MEAL. Some recipe can contain 1. One inch Shrimp, 2. Poultry egg, 3. Cherry tomatoes, 5. Cucumber, 6. Lettuce can be essily promoted to 1/6 of the meals in Singapore. Another meal set can be 1. Mushrooms, 2. French beans, 3. Sausage, 4. Tapas using tubers Or others recipe to feed another 1/6 meals. We then work on the 4/6 meals via stockpile grain (wheat, corn, rice, tuber flour), stockpile cold store meat, and look into increasing the capacity of barge aquaculture, pv powered vertical farms. Good show, SFA new CEO, Mr. CHAN & MoEnv & Sust. Ms. Fu. (We have a lot of knowhow especially from Cantonese intensive farming & Fujien caged Aquaculture.
