  • This video was originally filmed as a Live on Instagram.
Join Trinny as she is joined by Dr Sepp Fegerl of VIVAMAYR. Together they talk through the importance of stress and stress hormones like cortisol and how they can affect the body (both negatively and positively). Discussing the menopause, the male menopause, intermittent fasting, burnout, listening to your favourite song, precious sleep and why it’s okay to eat that bit of chocolate you’re craving, this discussion is a reminder of the importance of listening to our bodies.
For more of an insight into the VIVAMAYR way, take a look at their book, 'Modern Mayr Medicine'.

I have been intermittent fasting for ten months. I have been following much of this advice that I have gleaned from the internet. I have been through menopause. I am a sixty four year old Woman. I believe that those moments when we think we feel hungry late at night it's the brain telling us that we need sugar. So we need to stop eating all kinds of baked goods during Menopause and that really helps us. Sugar should only be used once a week for special occasions. God bless.

yes, he is sooooo handsome wonderful charming and informative and beyond. But Trinny, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks, gratitude and appreciation for this video. the inputs and knowledge gained in understanding my body, mental health. I am listening (and will again!) while pottering around my flat (in Singapore) during my 5 days medical leave (I am mentally and physically burnt out/exhausted!!!). I stopped and totally listened to what both of you are saying. I am also going thru menopause (forced) while 'trying' doing full gear with work (stress!) . So this is much needed as I really now (during this leave of ab) to really reflect / review how I live my life. What am I doing to myself, my lifestyle, eating and mentally. So, again, thank you! Greetings and best regards from other part of the world :) xo

Loved this! I have an under active thyroid and regularly experience symptoms of fatigue, no energy among other horrible tummy issues which I think comes from inflammation. Looking at trying to heal my gut! Very informative information ❤️
